Try to move your game folder onto your desktop and make sure to add the game into the whitelist of your antivirus and firewall.

yup.. very laggy and crashy out of a sudden.. Some hours ago it worked fine, but now unplayable.. 5 min loadingscreen aswell..
xd my pc its fine but dbo disconect in budokai ever...

I found the lag fix did work for me on windows 10 but my borthers windows 7 computer that thread didnt work for it.
what my bro had to do was reinstall the game with the entire download whitelisted on the firewall as well as dbog launcher and dbog.exe whitelisted as well.
dont know why but that worked for him
It worked all the time for me(since the first stress test of server), yesterday when i hunted DB's it worked aswell. after 2 hours Afk it was laggy as hell and unplayable! I-Net worked very well and other games had no problem aswell, so i guess it must have been serversided. Router was reseted but problem remained. I test it again later when i get home..
Maybe a server reboot could help..
