It can be playable from DBOG.exe too I'm pretty sure which is easier. To answer your question, yes that is the correct launcher.
EDIT: My mistake, when you need to update the game, you use the launcher, but if you're fully updated you can just launch straight from DBOG.exe

Other thing, my launcher says "The translation file is corrupted" when i try change the language this is normal at the moment?

I too have the same issue as the Brazilian, I'm posting an image of what it shows as well, it seems that it defaults to the South American Server but when changing the server to NA it gives me the same issue as the Kazutotatsu guy.

This answer was for the Cash Shop Coins and items that we had in the dev/test server that only founders had access. We had 999.999 cash coins to spend in order to check everything we could for bugs etc. When the pre-open beta opened everything got wiped and the current Cash Shop is empty because Daneos is working on it. He needs to decide which items to add and what their price will be. I don't think that there will be a Cash Shop in the Pre-Open Beta.
