game crashes

Hola! cuando abro el juego y pongo datos de usuario y contraseña, le doy a jugar y el juego se cierra sin dar ningún error ni nada... llevo toda la tarde viendo y probando todo lo posible que sugieren aqui y nada me ayuda :C

drivers actualizados (ryzen 5 2600 - 16gb ram - gtx 1070ti)
descargue y reinstale el juego unas 4 veces (incluso hice lo de cambiar el idioma)

Hello! When I open the game and enter username and password, I click play and the game closes without giving any errors or anything... I've been watching and trying everything possible that they suggest here all afternoon and nothing helps me :C

I downloaded and reinstalled the game about 4 times (I even did the language change thing)
