TUTORIAL FOR TEXTURE MODS!
YOU NEED THESE PROGRAMS!

DBO Resource Tool - Client-Side Modding
First of all, open DBO Resource Tool. Once open you need to open the file "tex.pak". DO NOT OPEN ANY .PAK FILES WITH NUMBERS, TOOL WILL CRASH!. Next of all, extract textures until you find which texture you want. For my Quantum Battle Armor mod (the one in the picture), i used "a_bs_15_j_h_f.dds" & "a_bs_15_p_h_f.dds". Next, open the extracted .dds files in Paint.Net. Now you will need to edit your textures. (If you don't know how to edit textures in Paint.Net, Youtube is your friend.) Finally, pull DBO Resource Tool back up and right click on one of your replaced textures. Click overwrite and selected the edited version of your texture. You will need to do these one by one. Also don't worry, the tool seems to save after each overwrite. Now start up DBO and test your mod! Below is my Quantum Battle Armor mod to provide proof it works.
