i think the drop rate should be fixed vs how long the hunt last for becuae you could hunt for 6 hours and get nothing but with better chances well its better chances not guaranteeing anything you could still hunt for 6 hours and nothing but the chance of that happening is slimmer

You can always try picking a spot you think is good and just hunt there. I'm sure you can find one that people don't normally go to. I did back in retail, although it's not as good now.

personally i just gave up, i tried stayong in one spot and killing ll the mobs in an area then swithcing channels and doing that but i got 0 mobs that way. I then tryed flying around and couldent find any mobs found like 4 in 10min so i just gave up i didnt want o grind 2 hours again for no payoff. also for the people saying stop crying that isnt really constructive or helpful in anyway and your part of the toxic community, maybe suggest a method for farming instead of being a edgy 12 year old

I'd say the drop rate of the balls themselves is fine. Many people, including myself, still manage to get around a full set in a day, although there's others who aren't so lucky, of course. The playerbase is still increasing and that has a big impact.
However, we do have something in the works that will make it easier to get dragon balls, which is planned for next maintenance's update. We believe people will be happy with the results.
P.S: No schedule changes yet, but we're working on it.

ALSO add to the list of issues with this...lets say 20accs per "afking player" that will increase lag in the server just from idle accounts which seems unfair to actual players trying to have fun/progress in the game aaaaand the economy also will be messed up, because all the unbound items that you get from those tokens may end up on auction house making the economy go all over the place
well usually the server isn't very full anyway the only time the server gets close to full is during the dragon ball hunt and the economy would just cause the things that can go into the AH would just become cheaper because if the increase in supply

Hi, Having 1 account afking is not going to do much but when you have 5-10-15-20 accounts running at the same time that 960 tokens becomes 5k-10k-15k-20k now imagine farming that every day for a week you see where im going right lol?
that could be a problem for sure i suppose but wouldn't a computer have a hard time running so many instances of the game i mean im sure a good pc probably could but thats really besides the point.

It doesn't have to involve making another skill "more powerful." It could be a simple thing of making a skill more consistent while keeping it balanced.
But again, what kind of impact would heavily nerfing Bold Strike have on SKs?
well thats not was i was saying making something more powerful more like oh we nerfed this so to counter that we buffed this could be a skill stats whatever also making the skill jst harder to use would be nice like its casttime is much longer so you have to time better when you want to use it and you can get stunned out of it or something along the lines of that or give it a long cool down with reduced dmg so its not as op few things you can do to a skill to make it work differently

So then how exactly should Shadow Knights be nerfed, because I doubt nerfing Bold Strike would make that big of an impact on the class as a whole. You also can't just go nerfing it without giving it some sort of buff to even things out. As the Fullmetal Alchemist series said, "Equivalent Exchange."
well ive seen plenty of things in games get nerfed without some other part getting a buff also whats the point of the nerf if your just gonna make it stronger somewhere else

this looks like a nuisance lol i dont think afking is really that bad but idk i just dont thinks its a big deal its 10 tokens every 15minutes so in an hour its 40 tokens so i a 24 hour day of afk its 960 tokens which to me doesnt seem like too much its a nice little chunk but not really that bad but thats just my opinion

Fun fact they may be a bot but depends some people trying to launch many client they can just to farm tokens and try their luck on upgrades
after all i been having 5 char opens just for the token farming soo i can gear up my main :V
also i have heard some people getting lucky to upgrade on new char even the luck base by when you chosse 1 of the 3 cards
but from what i have seen and tested depends on your luck but it worked sometimes for me i usually get fail each time i try to go above +7 but i gave the stones and gear to a lvl 1 alt izi +10 from green stones gg update of upgrade lel
how do you have all your chars open? also i dont see this as a problem they are just getting tokens the only problem is that this might detract from the games income because people are not paying for stones they are just using tokens

so very recently i saw a post about a guy quiting because he spent $6400 in the game and he used 400 stones trying to upgrade his items to get past +12 but he had no success now this seems fairly unfair and thats an insane amount of money for someone to get no results whats everyone opinions on this i find it messed up a bit that someone who would put that kinda time effort and own money to only quit so whats everyone thinking

..And you're calling me the pretentious prick? I don't even play SK. I played it in retail, haven't played SK since DBOG started. I've thought from his point of view before, but I've grown to realize that whining doesn't get you anywhere. If you whine about how much you don't enjoy the game, why do you even care. This was not the first thread to address these issues. Some of us are just exhausted seeing this all the time. I've played DBO since 2011 and had my share of experiences, I think I have some substance to base my opinions off of. And you wonder why people don't frequent the forums more often.
I used the fighter as an example because it is BY FAR the class with the most players, veteran and newbie, in the game. Fighters are the class to that has the highest chance of getting rekt in both PVP and PVE. You have to understand the class in order to succeed. I used it as an example because there's been countless threads in the past with people comparing fighting SKs as humans is hard. I never said fighting against SKs wasn't hard.
If the points in my original post didn't target anything he brought up, you might need to read it again. And way to get personal my friend, really strengthens your argument.
There are obvious imbalances and bugs in the game. We all understand that. To mention it is trivial because it's been brought up so many times in the past it's nearly irritating to see it arise every other day in the forums. There are bugs that do and will propagate at each cap. But to invest resources at the 45 cap over the 70 cap is just a waste. Personally, I'd rather have the dev squad make adjustments to the lvl 70 cap than the 45.
Lastly, you might have read my post as dismissing the OP. And you might be right. But basing your only and entire argument about me saying "get good"--even though I followed up with what I meant by that afterwards--and then introducing things that I never touched because it's trivial, it just goes to show me that I can't take you serious either. Also I never spoke against SKs getting nerfed. I was just providing things you can do to workaround the issues at this time.
And no, I'm not the type of guy to say "git-gud," but I won't mention it again on the forums considering the whiny backlash I received.
Look man, I never wanted to get personal with you or anything, I'm just stating another viewpoint of how I see the game. I understand your points, the stuff I didn't touch up on in my initial response (founders pack disappointment, cheaper brown boxes, etc) are things that I agree with you with. I just didn't feel the need to include it. I never stated that the game was perfect or anything, I pretty much presented how I would face these issues. I'm a fairly busy guy too, and I can only play on the weekends. Grinding for months on end for long periods a day is unhealthy, and I wouldn't suggest anybody doing that. With games like MMOs you're expected to put in time to succeed, and how much time (and sometimes money) you invest will yield better results.
With that I'm done with the thread, feel free to respond. Never intended to get personal with anyone.
well people complain about DKs because its a problem and waiting for the next cap is a bit of a garbage solution and its such a big problem that theirs a post about it every other day though i agree endgame balances will mater more but we are not at endgame right now we are at a level 45 cap and its kinda unfair DKs get an edge in pvp like the budkai only other class i see there besides dk is karma majin and the rare dende priest or fighter but the fighter doesn't usually last long nor does anything else that isnt a DK/KM and you can so oh well nobody told you to be this class ect ect but then whats the reason its in the game at all to be obsolete im really hoping later in game its better because its garbage right now

one thing i dont understand though is why DK is so op in the first place, i actually didnt know that tmqs were for getting dank accessorys worth that money but it sounds like i wont be getting one community can be toxic though just like any and every community overall yeah i get a little annoyed when someone says cry about it but they are probably the ones part of it ie DKs and them being op the person is probably a salty DK who doesnt want a nerf but i think the staff cares this game wouldent still be around if they didnt i dont think

i was not expecting to get so much interesting opinions of the community but another thing i thought of is as a swordsman i cant really find any group because im dps but what good is dps in a group when a tank can be dps and a tank, just something i noticed. i joined a guild and we sometimes run group things like UD2, but healers buffers and tanks i understand healers of course and buffers too but the tank fills the spot of both dps and an actual tank idk just something i find annoying

Hello, as i said at another post friend, i don't know much about Swordmen, but maybe this Energy Oriented Build will be good for you? using Focused Kame as an aoe kd, and about the Armor, full Con or a Foc/Con/Con will be good, accessories CoolDown Reduction at Ring, Properties at Earrings (honestly i don't have those kind of items yet, and i'm still using Popo's one's), Talking about Gloves any Focus / Energy Crit Chance glove's will work imo, and about the Sub, an Energy Crit Chance or maybe a %Eng Crit Dmg if you feel comfortable with your current energy critical chance.
