I would say ones that fit both PvP and PvE at the same time could be these:
Karma Majin
Ultimate Majin
Shadow Knight
Turtle Hermit
My favourite choice of them all would have to be the Karma Majin and then the Ultimate Majin, the shadow knight and turtle seems too easy for me so it's boring to play as them.

Typically In PvP, the Ultimate Majin are used for their heals and the occasional KD in Party bouth / budokai/ dojo wars. Their AoE KD and Spins are quite helpful while also having a pretty decent healing skill

Actually they have a stun, they can paralize you.

I agree, everyone should make their own build according their play style otherwise you will be stuck with a build you don't like.
In all honesty... KARMA is the best class for both trolling and pve. I love being annoying and karma's role is just that, stuns that could last to 3 mins all together, i sit through my duels, and arena is also fun to troll aswell. Karmas also can do some damage, not the best but with all the stuns you can kill others. Overall if you want something that could do both pve and pvp then karma is the right choice for you.
To be honest, my favorite hybrid classes are:
1- Shadow Knight (JUST....They do what they do!)
2- Dende (But just for now since resistance rate will change their Infinite Paralysis. ATM my record with my Dende is 123-1 I think...but that's mainly cuz I go against Fighters who can't ever reach me because of infinite para duration)
3- Grand Chef Majin (One of the BEST PVE classes and has the Candy Triple KD which is very powerful ATM since Candy works almost all the time on players)
4- Turtle Hermits (Very awesome PVE Class (You'd need very good gear, so not for low level)Anti-Fight Disks and then Sleep to KD Kame to another Kame and GG...that's all you need to do!)

DW is a PvE oriented tank that deals low dmg. You'd need EPIC upgrades to be on par with other classes. While it's true that some can pull DW off in PvP, they were REALLY underrepresented - almost inexistent - in pvp instances like Budokai.

They might have some really good and Seemingly PvP Debuffs (paralysis and confusion), their damage is SO low that the 20 seconds you get from it is usually not enough. Maybe with the DoT changes they can be a little more viable, but I still wont consider them to be a HYBRID class!
