There's an option when you pick your character that allows you to delete it. You then enter your password (or 123456789) and wait 12 hours.

maksibaksi you will have deleting window of 12h - 24h I think to disable deleting your character.

Click on it and prevent it and if your character is already deleted, there is no way to bring it back.
