how exactly am I supposed to recolor the ssj hair

need photoshop CS 5 or CS 6 (need plugin for open and save DDS) or Paint.NET (Does not need plugin).

I have paint.net but it won't let me color it so that I can make it white with the shades that's on the regular hair

is there a way to put VOICE PACKS in skills or something in DBO??? i used to play Digimon Masters Online in 2011-2012 and playing with original voices is too much better xD.. if anyone knows something bout that tell me and spread the yelling around please.. thanks.

I don'[t think you can set SSJ as base normal form hair. i've tried it and it makes the game not load.

What you can do is get the Mr Popo application to set your character model as SSJ in-game

You need to put the Mr Popo application into the DBOGlobal folder and run it as administrator for it to work.

Meshes aren't possible at this point as far as I remember.

What about changing fly color
