Thank you very much Tempest for your time and effort to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, however, I already try everything you mentioned, but nothing solved the problem. I am using Windows 10, .Net Framework 4.5, of course, listed DBOG on the white-list in the anti-virus program, sometimes even closed the program, opened the launcher as admin, and reinstalled the game over and over. It was just an endless loop. You suggested us click 'Patch Check' at the left-bottom, but it is not even activated. That is, we cannot even click on it!
I don't understand why the crews including Daneos are not trying to resolve the problem at a more fundamental level. During the past two weeks since I started playing DBOG, I have spent $400 in this game, and now I am almost leaving again although I am still willing to spend more money to enjoy it. It is ridiculous to think that I could have bought a new desktop with the money. Then, everything would have been happy. I don't know. I am so sad, but like other people already said, I think I have to move on to other games if the issue will not be resolved soon.
*This is not just a problem for minority. I bet you can see the decreased number of people in game and the decreased amount of money that people donate for this game.
