Vehicle liquids: Vehicle liquids do not apply the speed boost anymore to the vehicle.
Untargetable mobs that spawn from quest: Some mobs have become untargetable that are spawned from quests.

I don't think this is normal but, when you gather/collect items from quest, they take so much time to reappear, and sometimes they instantly spawn, and i mean so much time that you go complete 6 quests more and the item is still not there so you have to change channels
KDs are a little bugged. Sometimes the mob recovers very quickly as if the KD missed them. Also AOE debuffs sometimes don't trigger.

If you are talking about dungeon/super+ mobs that's normal.
The chance of a succesful KD isn't 100% so the more oponents you try to KD, the chances are one of them resists or the KD doesn't apply at all.

I do believe we all have encountered this bug where the items simply do not re-appear after a normal time span yet I'm not sure if this is a bug or a server sided issue.
LVL 2&3 Guard and all items and buffs that increase the defense rate are actually useless, I a DW with max guard and draconic defense and resistance in great namek (great namek increases all defensive stats: Defense rate,block rate, resistance rate,and defenses obv)
only blocked 2/10 KDs, 1/10 curses (curse resist with guard still bugged you can counter attack curses and the pink curse resist text does not appear) and counter attacked 0 skills.
While 2 weeks ago without the draconic defense and resistance i would block, curse block, and counter attack a ton in great namek with my max guard, yet after last weeks update with the Defensive gaurd buffs u would expect to counter,block,resist more?
Even with lvl 1 guard and no buffs I never blocked, guarded, resisted. Something is not right with guard.
another bug when you cast a successful knockdown and the opponent paralyse or stun or attack you during all the animation of the skill ( of knockdown), it shouldn't be possible
I don't know if this is a bug or intentional, but there's a delay with damage calculation/faint after Scatter Shot hits a target. KD is still instant for some reason though.

15949 LP (60%LP)
28761 damage ( Super Hight Speed Needle )
1800 recovered each hit ~

Calculation:
28761*0.40 = 11504 Effective Damage ( 40% )
15949 - 11504 = 4445 Remain LP
As you can see Im dead but that just because i can't recover those 4445 LP when im dead xD
This logic mean i took all 28 761 damage and then i recover 60% and not before please correct this ( 15 949 LP < 28 761 DMG )

It's not bugged. The LP % kicks in after you get hit and you wouldn't die. If you are one hit, then you are one hit. Otherwise it'd just be renamed reduce damage taken by 60%
Another bug since last update.
- RP Balls not recharging by dealing or receiving damage.
That happens when low level mobs attack you. Doesn't happen to me with high level mobs anymore
28761 damage ( Super Hight Speed Needle ) hits 9 times
28000/9 = 3 000 each hit by needle ~
3 000 - 1 800 (60%LP) = 1200 (40%) DMG each hit
15 000 - 1200 * 9 = 4 200 ~ remain LP
so logically it recover me each hit and not all damage even if the calculation is the same but the problem is something wrong because i dont should die if recover each hit , maybe only because damage is more than my life ( 15949 < 28761 )

anyway no need reduce damage because defens do it already and lp% recover each hits and autoattack it is capped to 60% right now

Super high speed needle is a skill as a whole. So for example the LP regen should add up your LP after the skill is over, not during it. How the heck would you expect for a fighter to kill SKs?

That happens when low level mobs attack you. Doesn't happen to me with high level mobs anymore

Neither me, nor high lvl or low lvl mobs, i just can get RP now by holding Z for hours

Not sure about dealing DMG really added RP on past so I don't know. I tested something and UD3 seems to be working (tho it charges RP slower than usual) and lvl 65 mobs add up normally. I think it is about level now.

It always did, and yes, extremely slow
