Quick Attack Bug

  • It's just a visual bug. They're using the Quick Attack's effect of always reaching the target, but it looks like teleporting because Quick Attack uses the basic dash' visual animation. The visual dash animation is slowed down for you, yet they DO actually reach you on their side, so the game has to catch up on their position. That's the part that looks like teleporting.

  • U all cranes or turtles as always. This quick attack is one of the main things to swordsman and fighter. Dbog team should make quick attack not like dash att but like flash. Why it shouldnt be dash skill? Cuz its only 28m attack and yall cranes and turtles complain even about that? For real? So pls Dbog team im asking u to make quick attack not a dash skill cuz rn its impposible to beat exp crane. If SM or fighters wins vs crane every1 says: bug win :/ have a nice day

    that slow is our main defense against melee classes man, we're too squishy to fight up close.

    heres a video of how speed restrain is suppose to work and how quick attack works from Taiwan. see @44 seconds

    when turtle uses speed restrain. quick attack has no problem hitting the target. but they don't gain distance since speed restrain was applied. this is how it is suppose to be from Taiwan. Gonicku may have played Taiwan and that's why he knows this


    basically theres a problem with the old mechanic in Taiwan and the current mechanic of dbog.

    As it stands right now the mechanic favors the animation so any martial artist hit by a speed reduction can still gain distance.

    Taiwans mechanic favors spiritualist as it prevents movement from the spot in which quick attack was cast but it still allows quick attack to hit the intented target (doesn't follow animation but seems to be a good compromise for both class)

    what ever mechanic is favored, the spiritualist and martial artist community will get mad.


    this was gone in great detail in the thread a week ago by sendoku. In which he showed with multiple videos the current problem with quick attack when speed restrain is applied.


    the dbog team is looking at this mechanic and a decision will be made in the future.

    My friend if you notice when you use quick attack you are dashing towards the target you are not teleporting to them! therefore it's a dash attack when you also notice SW skill FLASH actually teleports you behind the target, so don't say that Quick attack is not a dash ... because that what you do you are dashing into a target and stunning them!!!

    u cant read? I said " make QA not a dash skill" which means its dash skill rn and its absurd that QA is dash skill not talking about cd example u got 100% restrain and u use QA u stun oppon. But u dont telep. Near which is 100% lose already

    Tf u cant read? I said " make it not a dash skill" and boombox what mis-information ur talking about? Im just saying that cranes always blame about 100% speed restrain when u cant move and cant tele. with QA u think its fair? Making shit of QA?

  • They won't remove QA's dash. All they need to do is fix the bug so it works the same way it did back in Taiwan. Mind you fighters still won often even against speed restrain, because of the martial artist speed boost buff, plus there's a item effect called "movement speed".

  • Is quick attack not supposed to be a dash?(without speed restrain).

    quick attack in Taiwan hits a target as long they are within range, and it doesn't get resisted.


    distance gained after quick attack was launched depends on if movement speed decreased was applied or not. if no movement speed decrease was applied then the distance gained is 26m. if movement speed decrease was applied and no buff or boots is found on the martial artist don't gain any distance towards the target, but the stun will still hit the target (this was taiwans way)



    in dbog currently quick attack works differently.

    as long as quick attack hits the target the user gains a distance of 26m.if the stun is resisted u still gain distance.



    as for people calling my video a bug it is how Taiwan worked stop spreading lies.
