new client patching issue

I have the exact same problem. Before anyone says "download the new launcher" like an auto-response email, it is the new launcher.
Tried reinstalling, turning off firewall and antivirus (also adding the files to exceptions) and absolutely nothing.

i tried opening dbog.exe and logging in .. then i closed it and tried running the launcher .. worked without errors :")

Try running as administrator.
If that doesn't work, try reinstalling everything.
If not either of those work, perhaps you have a program blocking the launcher?

i got the error and reopened and works,but i cant login now,says authentication failure...

try to move the dbo global folder onto your desktop.
Also make sure to run the dboglauncher.exe as admin.

I'm just really giving up with this.
Tried the followings with BoxBox:
- Checked all pack files.
- Uninstall .Net Framework 4.X and install the 3.5 version.
- Checked the game configuration files.
- Turned off firewall and antivirus.
- Moved the DBO folder to the desktop.
- Running every executable as admin/with compatibility.
- Downloaded from two different websites (mediafire and filebin) with both firewall and antivirus off.
Its a x64 bit os, windows 10.
Hope you can find a fix for this since i'm not the only one that's unable to play due to patch problem.

I’ve had this exact issue in the past. Can’t remembee my exact remedy, but you should try reinstalling your OS. What edition of windows do you have?

I uploaded a new version of the DBOGLauncher.
Start your dboglauncher and you will automatically download the new version. The bug should be fixed (I hope).

I had the same issue, but someone gave me the DBOG launcher file and so i replaced it with the one i downloaded from DBOG site, as for me the issue was that my launcher popper as the old Orange POB launcher.

also look at the bottom left corner, if it says 'game ready' then press start.

Mine is x64 bit windows 10 too.
install latest net framework, not the old one. try it. -
