same I got intel (i7-7700k)
who knows...maybe users of intel have less freezings than amd users...maybe its cpu problem
Worked but i've got one question,
is my character supposed to kinda, slow for a sec during run and then speed up?
it's weird and makes game clunky
I saw some text on the middle that someone upgraded something to +12 and this text even was (from right to left) slooowly, going fast, slooooowly, again going fast
Like all world instead of being on 100% speed was going all the time from 110% to 90% and again.

Do you have an option "Turn Off Real Time Protection" ? If yes double click on it and choose "Enabled"
4. On the right side search for "Deactivate Real-Time-Protection" or "Deactivation for Real-Time-Protection" something like that and double click it
5. Select "Activate / Activated" Image here
I can;t find this

Could you try the following:
on the left side:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Defender Antivirus > Real-time Protection
there you should see "Turn off real-time protection"
