Can crit. rate be over 100??? And why doesn't it always crit. attack mob if its over 100?

you got over 100 crit rate cuz everyone and every monster got higher crit defense also and ithink this is why you cant crit all the time

crit damage rate can be over 300 in kaioken
but if you dont have crit hit rate it is useless -
the formula is( your critical hit rate /10 + 5 ) LOL

I have 200 crit rate and i hit mobs 10 times and 0 crit its impossible please fix it

If your 200 crit is energy but you are melee class then clearly you won't crit. You need to use energy skills. I have 46 crit rate with my karma and almost 5/10 are crits.

You must be really lucky to land crits that often because with 56 e. crit rate I barely crit at all with my karma.
It seems Daneos forgot a paranthesis when explaining the formula in Global update thread because it's much more like (90-0)/10+5 = 14% (regarding the post above).
I honestly think critical hit rate should remain the same as before and then reduce the amount of extra crit Kaioken gives. Anything other than this is a big nerf to all crit based classes.
Each usage of kaioken should give only 10% (debatable if a little more or less) aditional crit rate and problem solved. At kaioken x5 you would have extra 50% which is still pretty good.Edit: Take a look at this post -> (STICKY) Pre Open Beta Official Big BUG LIST

Hmm kinda weird i've always done crits, but its clear that now its less, before i was doing almost 7/10. But i like the idea about the 2-3 crit rate given before by using kaio. I think its associated with the called crit defense by Daneos, that i have no idea about that excluding "% chance to block critical hits"

I think in DBO TW 100 crit might not have been 100% chance, but DBO TW was the worst version of DBO anyway. RNG is no way to solve game problems. If the damage of criticals wasn't so insane, there'd be no need to tinker with crit chance in the first place.
100 crit should be 100% chance(minus anti-crit) instead of a fancy formula, and critical attacks should do 1.5x damage and ignore defense instead of doing 2x damage and ignoring defense. That'd be the best way to balance things without ruining a ton of classes and Kaioken.

I'am sure that the old dbo wasn't the same cuz i had muchhhhhhhhh more crits i farmed from like 2 hours i did only 3 crits i'am karma majin with 52 crit hit rate that's insane pleas fixed back -_- pleas ... pleas that's wans't in real dbo
