I know the server isn't done but i guess some people can answer me on this
What's the max crit rate you can get in the game? can be over 100%?And why an sk with 800/1k hit rate almost always hit a 1600/2k dodge fighter?
-
-
they still, trying to figure the rates, its all about time, the game is on a test period as you mentioned isnt done, this is a private project,no big companies, behind this challenge,as it is,they dont have /had any files from the game, they making this from nada to something, hope i answered your question...
-
And about the first question? how much crit rate is possible to get?
-
I don't remember the exact formular between DEX and phy crit rate, but theoretically it seems possible for a swordman to get 100% phy cit rate if he gears with a DEX-all setting.
A level 70 swordman's default phy crit rate with all of his own phy crit buffs including passive ones must be around 50%. If equipted with phy crit rate glove and sword (lvl 70 legendary), the rate is gonna be higher than 75%. Since he has his own DEX-buff (26) and can gear with DEX armours ((28 to 34) x 3) and DEX accessories ((28 to 34) x 2 or 4), he can theoretically have 166-254 DEX. Therefore, even without Ultimate's phy crit rate buff and/or Kaioken, one should be able to get 100% phy crit rate, I guess.
Might be wrong. Just thought.

Only swordman can get 100% Physical Critical hit rate., Fighter reachs arround 90%, everyone else is below 75%
Why almost nobody miss a hit?
Cuz the calculation use for the dodge is crap
They guys who runs this server thinks that dodge is not properly well know stat, like in all others RPG games.they think dodging hitts and skills shouldnt exist, thats why the server SUCKS.
and for those who will complain about me not providing usefull information to fix the dodge equation, here is the basic problem
1 DEX = 10 Dodge
1 FOC = 10 Hit rate
Fix that and the existing equaition will work.
THAAAAAAAAAAAA

I disagree. My Karma can get 101 Energy Crit with a legendary mask with 13 energy crit rate, Ultimate Critical Unveil (giving 46 Focus and increasing energy critical hit rate by 24%), the FOC Dragonbuff, and the mighty majin crit rate buff increasing it by a further 13.
Sure it requires set-up but it can be done.

and about anticrit, how much is possible to get?
when budokai and ccbd150 comes out sk will be able to get 105% anticrit max and every other classes could get around 80%
this is because you get can get like 16% anticrit on a dogi MAX legendary dogi ball
10% on glovesMAX
15% on title MAX
39% on jacketMAX
25% on buff(shadow knight only)MAX
Shadow Knight 105%
every other classes 80%

hmmm thx, so much anticrit i think the crit classes will suck i like swordmaster but i don't have the right ping to play with one so the best i can do is going with dende or dw maybe crane?
-
I like dodge. 8k is okay I guess.

No one anywhere said we couldn't factor in buffs.
the title was:
"What's the max crit rate you can get in the game? can be over 100%?And why an sk with 800/1k hit rate almost always hit a 1600/2k dodge fighter?"
But anyway israx1996. if you want an easier class to play as. I'd suggest the Turtle hermit. When you get to higher levels they can do obscene damage.
Dark Warrior is better for solo play due to the high LP and physical defence paired with good AoE moves.
And the crane is a little trickier but definitely a fun and challenging class that you will enjoy once you get your combos down

Or you play boring fighter like 80% of players these days.
I don't like party play. Solo is da best for me I think. -
I main Dende and Crane hermits at the moment. I had a Fighter on TW and it was kinda boring.
I must admit energy classes are much more fun for me, How about you?

Funny thing is, once ddoge rate is fixed, noob fighters with 0 hit rate will cry after missing SKs etc
-
A ton of stats don't work like they're meant to. Daneos seems to be having trouble balancing stats to work with both PvE and PvP at the same time, but I'm not sure why he doesn't just make stats have different effects on players and mobs. Like making dodge/resist far less effective for mobs, but maybe their defense much more effective than it currently is for players. That's what it always felt like in retail.
Also, obviously nothing should ever hit something 30 levels higher or miss something 30 levels lower, that seriously needs to be adjusted. -
yeah, i think the only def in the mobs must be the lp excpet by special mobs, supers, ultras, boss etc
-
i guess the bests classes in dbog right now are SKs and Karmas without dodge they are really op
-
In regards to PvP, yes.
For PvE it's clear that Turtles, and DW have their advantages for now in that aspect. It'll be fun seeing what happens now and in the future. personally i'd just find a class you like the playstyle of and enjoy it
