Ye i know what you mean it used to stay but then again i guess this is more fair because when removing the book you remove its side effect aka ep drain and if daneos made this like tw then it will just make turtle book have no downfall. and maybe he will maybe he wont lets just wait and see how it turns out beta coming soon cant wait.

Daneos programmed the Turtle Book to do this to prevent abuse like in retail.

You can, but by PvP standards that's leaving you open to attack so it's not exactly a smart tactic.

well you can always perform this action whilse the opponent is sleeped you can remove book use ep over time potion heal up then re use book so your ready again

He means that all the max Rp instantly disappear when book disappears as well. Its good, still not balanced but good

Best way to balance it that I can think of is not being able to deactivate the buff at will.

No, no... I think it's ok like that. Why you might ask? Swordsman, Fighter, Shadow Knight and many other classes can wipe the floor with the squishy turtles. They rely on RP and timing in PvP.

A better balance tip would be to add a cooldown on the book tho. That way they would need to have a better timing.

If a class constantly wins Budokai over and over again, then the individual player is very good and the class is > broken <. Most turtle players suck in DBOG though, and DBOG is nowhere close to be balanced. Look at fighters and their resistance.
