Display Morerecent update changes over the recent weaks are starting to make fighters more and more powerful. that's ok but now full foc builds are not landing anything on fighters this is concerning. I tested full foc builds (accessories as well) on turtles and cranes against fighter with 1 piece of dex gear results are alittle crazy. not 1 crane freeze landed. speed restain only lands 1/3 times. turtles sudden stun landed 1/4 times scary.
I think the dodge formula may need to be tweeked abit. also resistance for fighters and swords seems rather high compared to other classes my guess is due to dex giving more resistance while %60 resistnace increase items have been capped.
honestly this recent dodge formula is only making more classes alienated like pokos, cranes, and wonders. if we want a diverse game we need to provide pvp balance and this is not happening.
we need this ironed out in the next update. my recommendation half the increase on the dodge formula from this update to try out. success rate needs a tweek as well classes with heavy focus builds shouldn't be missing this much.
No! We aren't becoming powerfull, I didn't "spam" last weak to someone say that we are strong, we are losing dmg!

Probably doesn't help that Daneos plays as a Fighter on the dev server...no offense.
Anyway, right now the goal is to (as much as I hate it) get the game back to the state it was before shutdown. Only after that will we see some major changes in balance and what not.

With that foc(hitrate) gear you wear and with fighter dodge of 1700-1800, in old TW fighter could dodge 1-2 only if he would be extreme lucky.
I think that old turtle Divine, had more than that and really, it was rare that someone dodge to him lol.

I played the original game and I note there wasn't a class balance in that game. ill admit I vented a bit of frusteration when I started this thread. but you did see the gear I posted there should have been better odds when I used my attacks then what has happened is I was implying, that's why I recommended a tweek.
if you read my original post ull see I ran into me missing everytime with crane freeze. now that changed today where I managed to hit roughly 70% but that's still low against a non dex geared fighter.
but hey aill admit iceman u and blazingbarringer made a very good point. get game to ole Taiwan then get a class balance is probably the best route. sigh this is going to be a very long road going this way.

The thing is that not many people know this, but the resistance % is bugged.
It gives way more than it should.
For instance, i have above 7k resistance rate while wearing these 4 accessories + a 100 resist rate necklace & a 187 resist rate buff, yet i can only get up to 3200 success rate, while wearing : top/pant/gloves + 34 focus, dogi +6 focus, passive +16 focus, earrings + 14/14 focus, rings +13/13 focus, necklace +178 success rate and passive + 202 success rate.... so, FULL success rate, which is the highest in this server.
Just to make things clear, success rate always was supposed to be twice as high as resistance rate, i think that these rings were never supposed to be giving % as it's retarded OP and for some reason nobody used them in TW/HK/KR ??? yet they're broken. So i'm pretty sure they were different.

They nerfed the overall resistance rate though. You can only resist 60% anymore while before you were able to resist 100%. It's a good nerf and makes the % resist items good but not godly. They'd need to revamp the overall feature but at the moment the resist rate is fine. I am an ultimate and even when I use the 4 % resist accessories + 126 buff + 187 buff + 100 necklace + 302% passive the debuffs hit me a lot. Like a looooot since the last update.
Before the nerf I used to resist 95% of all debuffs incoming. (and yeah the % resistance accessories were unstackable in retail DBO)
im so sick of those stupid updates that makes one race stronger then others omg. and that status resist is absurd guy doesnt have resist and resists my stuns 1/2. this is absurd
