that item so op for female turtle it gives them the best chances in ranked it should be forbidden, a female turtle can get full RP balls with just 1 click lol
that makes the game unbalanced.
Make turtle book can't be used in ranked and budokai....

Turtle Book isn't as OP as you think. Yeah you get full RP if you play as a female, but you can't rid yourself of the EP drain (which is a bit more than SSJ) without losing your RP. Your opponent can also kill you before you have a chance to use it.

right now turtle book in the right hands is very powerful.
the ep drain on females isn't enough in a rank match. the drain barely affects then and a good ep pot and quickly bring them back to full ep. right now turtles can use this book in every round in rank match
a compromise that ill suggest is
the book to only be allowed to be used once per rank match and only 1 round in a budokai match. this makes it an important item that cant be easly spammed.
mine ya this is my opinion and doesn't represent the dbog teams opinion on this matter

Btw. also EP drain from Grand Majin tree is useless if we got all this ^ things.

Instead of doing that, why not removing all those items like Turtle Book and Fighter pot, so no classes have advantages against others. OR, adding an equal to all classes because things needs to be balanced and not to classes need to be privileged.

5 vs. 5 makes difference. Turtle with full rp balls in team budokai is OP. Or even if Daneos will repair that it's works also on others (Namekian for example) it will be even worse.

And I have said that book is OP, especially in 5 vs. 5 (ranked budokai or normal) and IT'S NEED TO BE disabled totally or give bonus like male.

Priority is to fix accessories % resistance, success and resistance rate, a lot of ther stuff... turtle book was always ok, the broken thing is that it gives way too much power, so in my opinion it should have a bigger drawback than it currently has, like adding - 15%atk to it for females.
Also, it is not fixed for males, it used to give like 15-20%total atk aswell as move speed, which is why TurtleToB (male turtle) crushed parties PvP
