Something I've noticed for a while is that mobs appearing with the chance to respawn with a possible DB drop isn't the same as in TW DBO. What I mean by this is that you have to leave the area in order for a mob to have the chance of dropping a DB regardless of how many mobs you kill. In old TW, this wasn't the case. Instead of leaving the area, you would just kill mobs and wait for one to respawn with the DB icon. This made "DB hunters" more reliable than they currently are as well as able to hunt inside dungeons.
So what I want to know is does this have to do with the server/player client in the form of a bug or is this an intentional setup?
